On June 28th, 2023, Dr. Cui Xinjiang from Lanzhou Institute of Chemical Physics, Chinese Academy of Sciences, was invited to visit our group and gave a lecture entitled "Precise construction of catalyst active sites and catalytic synthesis of nitrogen and oxygen containing chemicals".

Dr. Cui Xinjiang has been engaged in multiphase catalysis for a long time, and now he is mainly engaged in the research of low-carbon catalysis and carbon dioxide conversion. In the past five years, he has published more than 50 papers as the first author in international refereed journals such as Nat. Catal., J. Am. Chem. Soc., Sci. Adv., Angew. Chem. Int. Ed. His research papers have been cited 3500 times by others. He has also applied for and been granted more than 10 Chinese/US patents. During his study and work, he has been awarded the Special Support Program for National High-level Talents, the BR Program of Chinese Academy of Sciences (CAS), the Outstanding Youth Fund of Gansu Province, and the First Prize of Natural Science of Gansu Province (ranked third).
